That night we went for a cab ride up into the hills above the town to a special restaurant Uncle John had found for us. It was run by a Buddhist ex-contemporary dancer who tried to grow as many of his own veggies as possible and use the best of everything as well as make people feel like they were his guests at his home (and made his own tofu as well). He only served 20 people any night in a nice room on the bottom floor of his own house. We had a lovely time there, and I got on rather well with everybody as usual . . . Posted by Hello
